THE FINDINGS

Empty doesn’t
always mean clean.

Food residue and leaked liquids can remain after collection. Microbes can break down that material and produce compounds that contribute to odor.

We start with the residue. Degreasing and rinsing remove stuck-on material; an enzyme cleaner treatment follows. Regular cleaning helps you manage buildup between collection days.

GOOD CARE. LESS GUESSWORK.

Odor control starts
with residue removal.

Regular cleaning for garbage carts and recycling bins.

Get to the source
of the smell.

We work on the residue left inside your bin, with a degreasing step and a thorough rinse.

01

Measured care.
Every visit.

Our rinse water is capped at 128°F. We record a temperature reading to document treatment, not to claim a tested bacteria-kill rate.

02

Your care details,
left on the lid.

Your Bin Health Report documents the visit, treatment reading and condition notes.

03
ASK WHAT THE CLAIM ACTUALLY MEASURES

Better questions.
Clearer cleaning standards.

What is left after collection?

Organic residue can keep decomposing in an empty cart. A laboratory food-waste study linked warmer storage to increased volatile compounds and changes in bacterial communities. It supports focusing on the source, but does not predict the smell or bacteria in your particular bin.

Read the food-waste temperature study

Does a hotter number prove disinfection?

A heater setting alone does not measure the result on a cart. For chemical disinfectants, EPA-approved label directions specify application conditions and the time a surface must stay wet. A documented cleaning visit and a verified disinfection claim are different kinds of evidence.

Read EPA guidance on disinfection and contact time

Does fresh-smelling mean germ-free?

Odor is not a test for pathogens. CDC distinguishes cleaning, which removes dirt and germs, from disinfecting. We focus on residue removal and odor care, and describe our results without a sterile-bin or illness-prevention promise.

A RECORD OF CARE

We leave a report.
You keep the details.

After every visit, you’ll find a Bin Health Report on your lid. It tells you what we did and what we observed.

The report records your visit date, treatment reading, condition notes and next scheduled visit. It documents service rather than a laboratory result.

Read our bin-care guide
How much does monthly bin cleaning cost?

Monthly Care is $29 per visit with 2 cans included, plus $15 for each extra can (3 cans: $44). Weekly is $25 per visit (6-month minimum), every 2 months is $35 and quarterly is $45. New customers start with a $79 first-visit deep clean, half off ($39.50) with a year of weekly or monthly service and the quarter prepaid.

Do you clean recycling bins, too?

Yes. We clean garbage carts and recycling bins. Tell us how many of each you have when you request service.

Where do you work?

We serve Palm Beach County and Martin County, Florida. Send your address or ZIP code so we can confirm your neighborhood’s route availability and timing.

Do I need to bring my bins anywhere?

We come to you. Service is curbside, and your bins need to be empty and accessible. We confirm the timing around your collection schedule when we arrange your visit.

What is a Bin Health Report?

It is the card we leave on your lid after service. It records the visit date and time, the treatment-temperature reading, condition notes and your next scheduled visit.

Does cleaning eliminate all bacteria?

Cleaning helps remove grime and germs, but it is different from disinfecting. We do not promise a sterile bin, a bacteria-kill percentage or disease prevention. Our focus is residue removal, odor care and regular maintenance.

Can I request a one-time clean or quarterly service?

Yes. Quarterly is $45 per visit for 2 cans, plus $15 per extra can. A one-time First Visit Deep Clean is $79 for 2 cans, plus $15 per extra can. If your cans were cleaned within the last 90 days, a One-Time Maintenance Clean is $59 for 2 cans, plus $15 per extra can.

Why can an empty bin still smell?

Food residue and leaked liquids can remain after collection. Microbes can break down that material and produce odor-related compounds. Removing the residue addresses part of the source. Odor alone does not tell you which germs are present.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Pay for a recurring plan for the year and save 10%. Monthly care for 2 cans paid annually is $313.20 for 12 visits. Route, enrollment and payment details are confirmed separately.

Can my HOA arrange service together?

Yes. HOA & Community Care offers custom bulk pricing for groups of 25 or more homes on a street or grid. Share the community location and expected number of homes to request a quote.
