Recurring visits: Weekly $25 (6-month minimum), Monthly $29, every 2 months $35, quarterly $45, plus $15 per extra can. We flush loose debris, let a degreaser work on the residue, and hot rinse with water capped at 128°F, recording a temperature reading. Water capped at 128°F plus an enzyme cleaner breaks down grease and grime, then ozone helps reduce germs and odor-causing bacteria. Then we leave a Bin Health Report on your lid.

Yes. Garbage and recycling bins are both covered, and they count together for pricing.

Every new customer starts with a First Visit Deep Clean. After that, Monthly Care keeps residue from building up, or choose every 2 months or quarterly. A One-Time Maintenance Clean is for cans cleaned within the last 90 days. Every price includes 2 cans.

Your first visit is half off ($39.50 for 2 cans) when you sign up for weekly or monthly service for 12 months and prepay the first quarter. See the pricing terms on our pricing page.

No. There's no long-term contract on any plan. Recurring plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime before your next billing date.

Scheduling

Weekly, monthly, every 2 months or quarterly, depending on your plan. Paying for the year takes 10% off. Need an extra clean, say after a party? Just ask and we'll quote it.

We schedule your visit on or after your collection day, once your bins are empty. We'll tell you your service day when we confirm your plan. City of West Palm Beach residents can look up pickup days on the city's Pickup Schedule at wpb.org.

No. Service is curbside. Just leave your emptied bins at the curb or the spot we agreed on. If they're behind a locked gate or back in the garage, we'll let you know and come back.

We may clean in light rain. For storms, lightning, or hurricane watches and warnings, we reschedule, normally within 2 business days, and let you know by text or email.

Bins need to be empty for us to clean them. If pickup is late or skipped, or the bin still has trash in it, we'll come back within 2 business days at no extra charge. Holiday weeks are rescheduled the same way.

We serve Palm Beach County and Martin County, Florida, including West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach and Hobe Sound. Send your address and we'll confirm your route.

Booking & Billing

Request service at binscientist.com/book or call (561) 954-3627. A request isn't a confirmed appointment. We'll check your route and contact you to set up your first visit.

The website doesn't take payment. We confirm your price and how you'll pay when we confirm your service. Recurring plans are billed at the start of each billing period. One-time cleans are paid at or before the visit.

Yes. Cancel anytime by email, call or text, or the same way you signed up. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge, and we'll confirm in writing. Going away? Ask us to pause service before your next visit.

If you're not happy with a clean, tell us within 48 hours and we'll re-clean free. For monthly and quarterly plans, the period already billed isn't refunded, but its visit still happens. Prepaid annual plans cancelled early get a pro-rated refund for unused visits.

Our Process

After the degreaser works, we rinse with water capped at 128°F (about 53°C) to help lift stuck-on residue that causes odor. Heat over about 130°F breaks down enzyme cleaners, so we stay at or below 128°F to keep ours working. We record a temperature reading on your Bin Health Report. The reading documents the visit. It isn't a disinfection cycle or a germ-kill rate.

Cleaning removes grime, but it isn't the same as disinfecting. We don't promise a sterile bin, a kill percentage, or disease prevention. Our focus is residue removal, odor care and regular upkeep.

It's a finishing treatment applied after the rinse to help with odor. It complements the cleaning but doesn't replace it. We don't claim it kills bacteria or lasts a set number of days.

It's the card we leave on your lid after every visit. It shows the date and time, the rinse temperature reading, condition notes and your next visit. It documents the service. It isn't a lab result.

Food residue and leaked liquids stay behind after pickup, and microbes break them down into smelly compounds. Removing that residue tackles the source.

Safety & Care

We use our cleaning products according to their label directions and rinse your bins before we leave. Keep pets and children away from the work area while we clean, and until the bins dry.

We note visible damage on your Bin Health Report. We're not responsible for wear that was already there, like cracks or brittle plastic. If we damage your bin or property, tell us within 48 hours and we'll repair it, replace it or pay you back. City of West Palm Beach residents can find recycling bin requests on the Solid Waste page at wpb.org.

HOAs & Communities

Yes. HOA & Community Care has custom group pricing for 25 or more homes in Palm Beach & Martin County. Smaller groups book at our standard rates. Request a quote at binscientist.com/hoa. Every household gets its own Bin Health Report.

We review your community, then confirm routes, bin counts, pricing and schedule with you. The association can pay for everyone, or each household can pay for itself. We agree on that up front. Residents can opt out by contacting us, and a quote request isn't a confirmed appointment.
