Trash can cleaning
in Wellington, FL.
In Wellington, we clean the gray automated garbage cart and your recycling bins at the curb after collection, and leave a Bin Health Report on the lid.
Wellington’s cart rules, and how we fit in
Wellington collects garbage two days a week. Only garbage inside the gray wheeled, automated container, with the lid arrows pointed toward the street, is collected.
The Village asks residents to have garbage out no later than 7:00 a.m. on collection day and no earlier than 6 p.m. the day before. Your days depend on your solid waste collection zone, shown on the Village’s interactive map.
We book your clean for right after one of your two weekly pickups, while the cart is empty and already at the curb.
Collection rules change. Check your city or hauler for current days.

Rainy season and the bottom of the cart
West Palm Beach averages about 61.75 inches of rain a year, and 8.68 inches in August alone (1991–2020 normals). EPA says mold grows where spores land on damp surfaces. A cart that collects rainwater and residue stays damp, so we rinse it, degrease it and let it drain.
